Q. Should I book by plumber before or after ordering my goods?
A. We strongly recommend confirming your fitter only when you have received your order and are satisfied that the goods are 100% OK. We do our best to deliver on the dates stated but on the odd occasion we are unable to do so, through lack of goods at the manufacturers, shipping delays etc.
Q. What are your delivery times?
A. We offer a next day delivery on various items but most of our shipments will take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive, this will be confirmed upon placement of your order.
Q. Can I have a brochure of your products?
A. Unfortunately we cannot supply brochures because of the vast amount of manufacturers we deal with, however we can supply website addresses of the various brands on request.
Q. I have no idea if I have ordered everything I need, for example do plugs come with the baths and basins?
A. Our staff are professional and knowledgable, they will endeavour to ensure you will have everything you need for your complete bathroom.
Q. What if something arrives damaged?
A. Inform us immediately upon delivery of any damaged goods and we will exchange them as soon as possible.
Q. I have received something and now realise it is not going to fit, what do I do?
A. As long as the product is still boxed we can exchange it for another product, if you wish to return the product and not exchange it there is generally a small handling charge.
